PLANT OPERATIONS / MAINTENANCE
General Maintenance Worker, Full-Time, $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE
Perform a variety of general mechanical, electrical, painting, plumbing, and structural duties
Inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
We require a high school graduate or GED, with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical knowledge.
Knowledge of proper and safe use of hand and power tools.
It requires three (3) years of experience in a general maintenance position.
Experience at a hotel or retirement community is desired.
Must have a current California Drivers License with a clean driving record.
All applicants must be able to pass a Department of Justice security check and be able to read, write, and speak English
